appartment in an expensive area sucks up income. What if things aren’t within walking distance and no mass transit? where do people cut back. do they quit school and work 3 jobs? Cooking at home instead of buying fast food every day can seriously cut down your grocery bills. You can get a bicycle if you can’t afford a car. You could give up cable TV, and go to your parents’ when you get sick.
