These are perceived to be the primary requirements to complete and abide by, as stated by the government. He would not be considered a role model for his colleague to follow the specified regulations, and therefore, would face the consequences.

And of course, not all accidents at work are the responsibility of the employer. But even in the case of an accident at work resulting in death, a compensation claim can still proceed.
